We hire installers, designers, project managers and office staff who take pride in careful work and respect the homes they work in.

Work in a trade built on careful work

Refacello is a cabinet refacing company with a headquarters and design center in Wood Dale, IL, and showrooms in St. Charles, IL, Madison, WI and New Berlin, WI. Our designers and crews work in homes across Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin.

We focus on one kind of work and try to do it well: clean veneer seams, doors that hang straight, and kitchens left as tidy as we found them. If that’s how you like to work, we’d like to hear from you.

Openings change through the year. If you don’t see an exact fit below, send your resume anyway and tell us what you’re good at.

    Countertop installer

Templates and installs quartz, granite, laminate and solid surface countertops after the cabinets are refaced, often alongside a new sink.

Openings can be at any of our four locations: Wood Dale and St. Charles in Illinois, and Madison and New Berlin in Wisconsin. Mention your preferred location when you apply.

Can I apply if I don’t see a role that fits?

Yes. Email your resume to [email protected] and tell us what kind of work you’re looking for.

I’m a homeowner with a question about my project. Who do I contact?

Please reach out through customer service or contact us instead of the careers address, so your question gets to the right person quickly.
