Where Refacello works

If you searched for “cabinet refacing near me” from Chicago or southern Wisconsin, you’re probably inside our service area. We reface kitchen cabinets in Chicago and its suburbs, in Madison and the rest of Dane County, across Milwaukee and Waukesha counties, and down the lakeshore in Racine and Kenosha.

Our headquarters and design center is in Wood Dale, close to O’Hare, and we have showrooms in St. Charles, Madison and New Berlin. You don’t need to live near one of them. The design consultation happens in your own kitchen, and our designers and installers travel to every area on this page.

Not sure your town is covered? Check the lists below or give us a call. If you’re near the edge of our area, we’ll tell you right away whether we can take the job.

How in-home consultations work, wherever you live

The first visit runs the same way in a Chicago two-flat, a Naperville colonial or a Sun Prairie ranch. It’s free, and there’s no obligation.

  1. Pick a time

Call us or request a visit online, and choose a day and time that suit your household.

  2. A designer comes to your kitchen

Plan on about 60–90 minutes. Your designer measures the cabinets, checks the condition of the boxes and listens to what you’d like to change.

  3. Samples in your own light

Door samples, finish swatches and hardware come with the designer, so you can judge colors next to your own floors, walls and counters.

  4. A written, itemized quote

You get a quote that lists every item, often the same day. Take as long as you need to decide.

  5. If you go ahead

A project manager takes precise measurements, your doors are made to order over about 4–6 weeks, and installation takes 3–5 days. See our full process.

The same standards in every town

  • Showrooms in both states

See doors, finishes, countertops and hardware in person in Wood Dale, St. Charles, Madison or New Berlin. Walk-ins are welcome; appointments are recommended.

  • One project manager

From the precision measure to the final walk-through, one person is your point of contact.

  • One warranty

A lifetime limited warranty on doors and drawer fronts for the original homeowner, plus a 5-year workmanship warranty. We’re licensed and insured.

  • Care for your home

Floors and counters are covered while we work, and the work area is cleaned at the end of every day.

Service area questions

Have a question we didn’t answer? Call (630) 555-0140 or send us a note.

How do I know if you serve my town?

Check the lists above, or the more detailed Illinois and Wisconsin pages. If your town isn’t listed, call us and we’ll confirm.

Is the consultation free everywhere you work?

Yes. The in-home design consultation is free and without obligation in every area we serve, no matter which showroom is closest to you.

Do I need to visit a showroom before booking?

No. Your designer brings door samples, finish swatches and hardware to your home. A showroom visit is worth it if you want to compare countertops or more door styles side by side, but it’s optional.

Is the process different in Wisconsin and Illinois?

No. The steps, timeline and warranty are the same in both states: about 4–6 weeks from final measure to install, then 3–5 days of installation for a typical kitchen.

Do you work in condos and high-rise buildings?

Yes. Tell your designer about building rules such as approved work hours, elevator reservations or insurance paperwork, and your project manager will plan the installation around them.

See your kitchen with new doors before you commit

A designer comes to your home with door samples, finishes and hardware, measures your cabinets and leaves a written, itemized quote. It’s free, and there’s no pressure to decide that day.

  1. Tell us a little about your kitchen
  2. Pick a time for your in-home design visit
  3. New doors installed in 3–5 days
