Before you reach out
Have a question we didn’t answer? Call (630) 555-0140 or send us a note.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. A designer visits your home, measures, shows you door samples, finishes and hardware, and leaves a written, itemized quote. There’s no charge and no obligation.
How long does the visit take?
Plan on 60–90 minutes. That leaves time to compare samples in your own light and talk through options like pull-outs or new countertops.
Do I need to visit a showroom first?
No. Everything you need comes to your home. Showrooms are there if you’d like to see full displays and countertop samples in person. See locations and hours.
I’m already a customer. Who do I contact?
Use the customer service request form for adjustments, warranty questions or anything about a completed project.
