How referrals work at Refacello
Our cabinet refacing referral program is simple. You tell us about a friend, neighbor or relative who’s thinking about updating their kitchen. We offer them the same free in-home consultation and written, itemized quote as anyone else. When their refacing project is completed, you receive a thank-you reward (ask your designer for current details).
A recommendation from someone who has lived through the project carries more weight than anything we could say about ourselves. The referral program is our way of saying thanks for it.
Your friend is under no obligation. We keep the conversation as low-pressure as our own consultations: one friendly call or email, and if they’re not ready, we leave it there.

We reach out to your friend to set up a free in-home design consultation, with no obligation to buy.

Their project is completed
If your friend moves ahead, the referral qualifies once their refacing project is completed, after installation and the final walk-through.

You receive a thank-you reward
We send your reward after their project is completed. Ask your designer for current details on the reward.

A referral qualifies when
- The person you refer is new to Refacello, with no existing quote or appointment
- You send us their details before their first consultation
- Their project includes cabinet refacing
- Their refacing project is completed
Good to know
- One reward per referred household
- Rewards are sent after the referred project is completed, not when the contract is signed

What is the thank-you reward?
We send a thank-you reward when your friend’s refacing project is completed. Rewards can change over time, so ask your designer for current details.
When do I receive my reward?
After your friend’s refacing project is completed, meaning installation and the final walk-through are done. We’ll contact you to arrange it.
How do I refer someone?
Tell your designer or project manager, or send your friend’s name and contact details through our contact page. Include your own name so the referral is credited to you.
What if my friend already booked a consultation?
Referrals need to reach us before the friend’s first consultation, so send their details as early as you can. If you’re unsure, ask your designer.
Will you contact my friend without their permission?
We only reach out to people whose details you send us, and we ask that you check with them first. If they’re not interested, we respect that.
Does my friend’s project have to include refacing?
Yes. The program is built around refacing projects. If your friend adds countertops or backsplash too, the referral still counts once their refacing project is completed.
Can my friend use the current special offer?
Your friend gets the same free consultation and written quote as anyone else, and current offers apply according to their own terms. See special offers.
Does my friend need to live near a showroom?
No. We serve Chicago and its suburbs plus the Madison, Milwaukee and Waukesha, Racine and Kenosha areas of Wisconsin. Check our service areas.
