These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of refacello.online (the “website”), operated by Refacello Cabinet Refacing (“Refacello,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Using the website

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as learning about our services and requesting a consultation. You agree not to:

• use the website in violation of any law;
• submit false information, or information about another person without their permission;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website with automated tools;
• interfere with the website’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;
• use the website to send spam or harmful code.

You must be at least 18 years old to request a consultation or submit information through the website.

Information on the website

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Photos may show options, upgrades or finishes that are not part of a standard project. Colors and wood grain look different in person and vary between screens. Product availability, styles, finishes and specifications can change without notice. Timelines are typical estimates, not guarantees. We may correct errors or update content at any time.

Consultations, estimates and quotes

Design consultations are free, with no obligation to buy. Any estimate, quote or price discussed on the website, by phone, by email or during a consultation is based on the information available at that time. An estimate or quote is not a contract. A binding agreement exists only when you and an authorized Refacello representative sign a written contract.

The final price may change if measurements, selections or site conditions differ from what a quote assumed, for example if hidden damage is found once work begins. Changes to scope or price will be agreed in writing before the additional work is done. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Your project is governed by your signed contract, and if the contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls.

Offers and promotions

Special offers, discounts and promotions are subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts and expiration dates stated with each offer (the fine print). Unless an offer says otherwise, it applies only to new contracts signed during the offer period, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be applied to previous purchases or exchanged for cash. We may change or end an offer at any time, but a change will not affect a contract you have already signed. See current offers for details. Our referral program is subject to the terms on its page.

Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lending partners, not by Refacello. All financing is subject to credit approval and to the lender’s own terms, rates and conditions, which the lender provides when you apply. Refacello does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee approval or any particular terms. Nothing on the website is an offer or commitment to lend. Applying may involve a credit check by the lender. See financing for more information.

Warranties on our work

Product and workmanship warranties are provided only through the written warranty documents you receive with your signed contract. Descriptions of our warranties on the website are summaries. If a summary differs from your written warranty, the written warranty controls.

Website content and intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, page design and the Refacello name, are owned by or licensed to Refacello and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Information and materials you submit

When you submit information, photos or other materials through the website (“submissions”), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use your submissions to respond to you, provide our services and run our business, as described in our privacy policy. We will not publish photos of your home or anything that identifies you without your permission.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Calls and text messages

If you consent to calls and texts on one of our forms, you agree to receive them as described in our privacy policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

The website may link to or include services from third parties, such as financing partners, maps, social media and video. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the website, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. It does not limit any warranty in your signed contract or written warranty documents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refacello and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. This section does not limit our obligations under a signed contract.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Refacello from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in the state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live. Disputes about a project are governed by the terms of your signed contract.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and continuing to use the website after that means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website; your signed contract governs any project.
