Customer service request
For existing Refacello customers. Tell us which door, drawer or panel needs attention and add a photo or two. We review every request within 1 business day.
Tell us what needs attention
Describe the issue and where it is in the kitchen. We’ll reply by email within one business day, and you can send photos in reply.
What happens after you submit
Most requests are simple adjustments. Here’s how we handle them.
-
We review your request
Within 1 business day we read your description, look at your photos and pull up your project records. If we need more detail, we’ll call or email you.
-
We schedule a visit
We set up a service visit at a time that works for you. If a door, drawer front or part has to be ordered, we tell you the expected timing up front.
-
We fix it and confirm
An installer makes the repair or adjustment, checks the doors and drawers around it, and shows you what was done before leaving.
What to include in your request
A few details up front help us bring the right parts and tools on the first visit.

Service and warranty questions
Have a question we didn’t answer? Call (630) 555-0140 or send us a note.
What does the Refacello warranty cover?
Doors and drawer fronts carry a lifetime limited warranty for the original homeowner, and installation is covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty. The full terms are in your written warranty.
Is it normal for doors to need adjusting?
A little, yes. Cabinets move slightly with seasonal humidity, and Midwest winters and summers are hard on them. Hinges and drawer glides have adjustment screws, and a small tweak usually brings doors back in line. If the issue comes from the installation, it falls under the 5-year workmanship warranty.
I bought a home with Refacello cabinets. Can I request service?
Yes. The lifetime limited warranty on doors and drawer fronts applies to the original homeowner, but send a request with the address and the approximate install date and we’ll tell you what applies to your kitchen.
Can I email instead of using the form?
Yes. Send the same details and photos to [email protected]. For a new project or a quote, use our contact page instead.
